Terry Minnis - President
Terry grew up just outside of Springfield Tennessee, and if you travel a little northeast of Springfield you can drive down Minnis Road, which was named after his family. Learning construction from his Grandfather, Terry has taken that pride of workmanship and gone on to work for some of the largest contractors in the nation. But, there is no place like home and with the birth of his two sons Terry decided that his family should enjoy the state that he was blessed to be raised in.
Terry has hands on experience and has had a successful career in management both in residential and commercial construction.

Billy Bumbalough - Sales Manager
Billy is a native of Sparta, TN, now lives in Smyrna, TN. Billy has two daughters the oldest has 3 girls the youngest has 3 boys so he is blessed with 6 grandchildren.
He has a sales career background of 30+ years and has held many sales manager duties. He has owned and operated his own home improvement business and has an extensive knowlege of the construction and insurance business .
Billy has mold certification from the NACHI Association and thermal imagery for heal loss inspections, making him very knowledgeable in insulation and how to properly insulate buildings beyond code levels to maximize insulation (R) values.
Billy brings to Authentic Construction the experience and talent to make Authentic Construction your wisest choice for all your improvement and storm damage related needs.
Roland Clark - Roland has been in management most of his life while working at Nissan.
He brings to Authentic Construction his many years of experience in management along with personal skills that set him apart as a salesperson. His focus is on the customer and helping people through the challenge of getting repairs done.
His many years of experience with customer service, production and product knowledge make him an great addition to Authentic Construction. Roland is an honest and courteous person who will go the extra mile to help his customers get what they deserve and expect from their insurance company.
